Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, returns are only accepted in the following circumstances:

• Product received is damaged or defective.
• Product received does not match the order (wrong compound or quantity).
• Shipment is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier.

To initiate a return or refund request, contact us within 14 days of receipt with your order reference and supporting documentation. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
